One other thing I forgot to mention is that Universities typically make cloud storage available to students. I checked and FSU does offer cloud data storage to students, so not everything they do has to take up space on their laptop. Same thing at my son’s school and it’s accessible from any device…which is nice.

Does anyone know when we get move in dates?
My son got Bryan Hall LLC bc his lottery number was AWFUL

Have to move gator daughter in Aug too
Would love dates

Housing assignments were released already? Was this for summer session or fall? I thought early July is the housing assignment release?

They haven’t posted the move-in dates yet but there will be roughly 1 week period to move it. you’ll need to sign up for day/time.

He was not knows that he’s in Bryan bc it’s an LLC he applied to
As his lottery number was 3700 plus

I’m hoping for the actual move in dates
Or even an idea when we can hope to get date
For fall

Anyone else having trouble with the health insurance waiver? Clicking on the tab to submit information for verification doesn’t allow us to submit information and instead goes to a page that says something about student info can’t be found.

Schools often only have a certain amount of funding for aid/scholarships. Unfortunately, when someone goes out of their way to request aid, when they do not qualify based upon scores/grades, and then the person decides to go to another school, it could have a negative impact on someone else getting aid.

Anyone in this group have a kid get accepted out of state with a 1320 or lower ?

There were students that got in with that score… plenty of them

When you say plenty, I am sure there were students admitted with that score. However, with that score, it is a reach school even if a potential out of state student has a weighted GPA between 4.2 and 4.5. 1320 is definitely below the mid 50 according to this:
