My son was accepted for fall 2012 and has a low 100’s housing priority number. Haven’t visited yet, (going in March) but wanted to know about room rates. It seems for $3130 in a suite style dorm you get a double with bath, which was his first choice. Is that double connected to another double and 4 people share a bath? It’s confusing because when you see room layout for the dorms, they only show 2 doubles connected by bath. Any info/tips you can give is much appreciated

Typically, especially in the older yet renovated east campus dorm rooms a double is connected to another double by a shared bath.

Here are the floor plans of the various dorms:

If you can connect with a student in the dorm you like usually you can secure an informal tour.

Hope this helps. :)
