Fondest moment of your life

I used to really, really, get excited for old Saturday cartoons.

My life is so boring.

Y tu?

Eighth grade was like THE year. I had the best friends and we had the best times. Since nothing really mattered in eighth grade, we pretty much cut class, tore apart lockers (literally), didn’t do any homework, and were total badasses. We ruled the school and we didn’t have a worry in life. I miss those days.

That’s a tough one to answer! I guess I would pick one of our family trips… I can’t say which was my favorite though. I just liked that we were all together :)

My first lap dance.

(just kidding. )

I miss those days too. That really was my eight grade experience. I was so happy and free and the sun was always shining, and my friends were so great. And the teachers had a special fondness for me (they exempted me from hw as long as I helped my friends), and talked to me in a way grownups had never talked to me before. And I didn’t look at people so critically or cynically or deeply; I accepted them for who they were. And I didn’t feel so distanced from them. And I saw so many good things - I appreciated so much about life. I marveled at plants and nature and shadows and tall trees. And I read all these amazing books. And I actually read them. I didn’t deconstruct the punctuation or sentences, or analyze. I just read them, and they impacted me so much.
