Foolish or Good idea?

I’m going to take both Algebra 3-4 and Pre Calc/Trig. this school year and i’m a junior. Will I survive or i’ll fail. What are my chances?

depends on if you’re good at math

i wouldn’t recommend it. try taking either one course at summer school next summer.

im fairly decent at math (5 on Calc and probably 2nd best in my class) but analytical trig is ridiculous at first. It might seem like a good idea 1st semester, but when trig comes around everything falls aparts…at least i thought so

the one most important piece of advice i can give you: GET A MATH TUTOR. i’m pretty good at math (790 on SAT, 5 on Calc) but I wouldn’t have been able to pass math this year without a tutor, because i had a tough schedule. a tutor will help you reinforce stuff outside of school. good luck!

take the courses math isnt that hard

Both Classes are honors

Of course it will be difficult, but if you’re already willing to take both at once, I’m sure you can keep up if you try. And as said before, a tutor might be a great idea-even before you feel youself struggling.

you can do it yourself just read and pay attention
the key if organization
