I’ve done horribly in High School, though still have time to semi-rectify the issue as I am in the beginning of my Junior year, I will undoubtedly choose to transfer from a CC, being Foothill. They offer something called TAG Admission Guarantee, but I am a bit confused by it. My rendering of the information gave me the impression that if I complete my classes and meet the requirements and then submit my application, to say UC Davis, I’m guaranteed admission? That seems way too good to be true. Can someone clarify?
