For Hispanic studying abroad for degree

I want to go to Temple University Japan but the only way I can go is if I can get enough scholarships. Are they are any for hispanic students who want to study for a full degree abroad. It’s an accredited US university.
If any other info needed: Ecuadorian, El Salvadorian, both parents immigrants, 4.4 GPA or 4.0
Also, both my parents attended but didn’t finish college. How is a student considered first generation? Does it include parents, or also other family members? Like aunts, uncles, cousins?
And I have kept looking for hispanic scholarships, only thing is all the ones I’ve noticed so far are only for a universities “located in the US, Puerto Rico and etc.” So any help would be appreciated for those abroad^-^
