I too DH’s name. But I am glad I kept maiden name as middle name. There are times when it helps for continuity. Eample 1 - we bought a house together before we were married and sold it down the road. Example 2 (recent) - I sold my last “baby bonds”

I thought there would be need to tie to my college degree, but surprisingly I’ve worked for same company for 30 years.

Here is what worked for me, with example filler names.

maiden name: Molly Middle Maiden
DH: Larry Lastname
married name: Molly Maiden Lastname
DD: Middle Louise* Lastname
DS: Sonny Maiden Lastname

*Louise is was DH’s mother
