Ours is working now also. DC was EA. Did not have merit aid noted with admissions decision but now has an amount listed under scholarship and grants. We are unlikely to qualify for need based aid.
ETA: full stats since I probably won’t come back to this thread. 
Applied EA 4.0uw, tons of APs (mostly 5s and a couple 4s), top 5% at a v. rigorous high school. Submitted a 1430 SAT. Did not show any demonstrated interest. Did not receive merit notification with admissions, but received 24.500 with this financial update. Unlikely to have been due to need based aid. Have submitted CSS but not FAFSA. DC is very unlikely to attend due to insufficient merit and having gotten better offers from more preferred schools.

We received an email but it just asks us to submit Fafsa, which my d thought she did.
Hi, did your child submit CSS and FAFSA to prior to reviving this letter? We’re hoping for merit too (D has good stats), but was asked to submit both CSS and FAFSA (which we thought we did, only CSS went through). So our letter essentially has no further info on financial package.
Case solved. We did get a merit offer.

I am having a difficult time figuring out how much we will be required to pay. PDF says $32,500 in aid/scholarship. Does this include the Dean’s Scholarship mentioned in the acceptance letter? $56K is unaffordable for us.

Lol this is what we are trying to figure out.
Can you break down how much you have in aid vs scholarship? Then look at what they gave you in the letter and compare to scholarship amount. Is it less or more?
Got the same $32,500 with Net Direct payment of $56,305…
It’s one number (higher than what was mentioned in the letter - 25K). Here’s why I think the Dean’s Scholarship may not be included. “We are excited to provide you with the following estimated financial aid offer for the 2024–2025 academic year. This offer is
based on the information you provided on your CSS Profile, your full-time enrollment in Fordham College at Rose Hill, and
your residence in on-campus housing. In order to receive an itemized offer of scholarships and grants, please file the FAFSA (if
you have not already done so) and submit any requested documents no later than February 23, 2024. We look forward to helping
you finance your education.”
