<p>I am a cbse student from class 12 , I am looking for foreign universities that admit on the basis of class XII cbse Board exam results. I am certainly expecting above 92 % and upto 95 % and the chances are fairly high. .I know i am very late but Can you suggest some universities that i can apply to ?</p>
<p>Some British universities still accept applications via UCAS.
What languages do you speak?</p>
<p>I speak English,Hindi, and a bit of mararthi(local language ).</p>

Canadian (Simon Fraser still accepts applications, for instance - strong university in Vancouver)
German = will need to take a year-long language course, but no tuition if you pass</p>

<p>No, you can’t apply to universities whose application dates have closed until May 3, when the universities that still have places (due to miscalculating yield) post. There are typically about one hundred, with at least 20 that are quite good. However financial aid will be small.
Board exams won’t help you BTW you’ll need the TOEFL and probable the SAT.</p>
