Four St. Louis police officers indicted for "going rogue" beating up protesters...

… one of whom was an undercover police officer.

The protest was about the acquittal of a former officer charged with first degree murder in a 2011 incident.

Oops.

The undercover policeman/protester was beaten so badly that he couldn’t eat afterwards and lost 20 pounds. He is still not back to work. I wonder if he was going undercover to watch the protesters or watch how the police handled them?

One article said that he was watching for “criminal activity”, which is pretty generic and could mean anything or everything that could be illegal.
