<p>Officially, UVa and any other school claims to be need blind in the admissions process. However I have read that many schools (and probably the case is true for UVa as well), that in the end, when the school has spent 100% of its financial aid money, it will start picking the best people out of the ones that can afford it. Unfortunate, but I think it is true - just what I read however.</p>
