Fun Time! What secret ingredient do you add to typical dishes/recipes?

<p>Oh, thanks for understanding what I tried to say. I did not mean to criticize the use of olive oil in your recipe. I learned the hard way about the possible strong flavors of extra virgin oil. For instance, homemade mayo with EVOO does not taste very good.</p>
