<p>thanks NEM…that might be it…My mom used to use a Bundt pan…don’t know how she released it w/o ruining the attractive top. (thanks to sueinphilly, too). I remember it did have the cinn sugar and walnuts. It had this distinct taste and moisture…I just LOVED it!!!</p>
