<p>Here is one I heard:
Two hunters are out in the woods when one of them collapses. He doesn’t seem to be breathing and his eyes are glazed. The other guy whips out his phone and calls the emergency services. He gasps, “My friend is dead! What can I do?” The operator says, “Calm down. I can help. First, let’s make sure he’s dead.” There is a silence, then a shot is heard. Back on the phone, the guy says, "OK, now what?</p>

<p>Tom, Dick, and Harry were in training to join an elite group of the Green Berets. All that was needed was to pass one more test. Tom was given a gun and told to go into a room and shoot the person inside. He enters the room and sees his wife. He decides right away that he can’t go through with it. He leaves and says to the officer he can’t do it. “Fine”, says the officer, “you can’t join this elite group. I’m sorry”. Dick is then given the gun and goes inside the room. Dick sees his wife sitting there and try as he may he can’t go thorough with killing her. He leaves the room and hands the gun over to the officer who informs him he failed and can’t join the elite group. Harry is then given the gun and enters the room. Six shots ring out and all hell then breaks loose. All that can be heard outside the door is total mahem. The officer runs inside and asks Harry, “what in God’s name is going on in here”. Harry then says he shot his wife but the damn gun was loaded with blanks so he had to beat her to death with gun handle.</p>
