<p>No. It says ‘a letter has been sent to you concerning your nomination status’. But it’s never said ‘welcome scholar’ because the rejection letter was for not even making it to finalist round, if that’s where you’re at now.</p>
<p>Ah, this is funny. This time last year, I was going through the same thing. It’s nice to look back and not be a part of the gut-wrenching experience all over again.</p>

<p>But yeah, just fyi, OCA tends to be a bit slower than the others. I freaked out a lot because people from the other organizations started getting their letters, and mine took foreeeeeeeeever. But then it came, so everyone chill. :)</p>
<p>I applied with HSF and I got my acceptance letter Saturday. I turned in my information on March 17th, and they postmarked the letter March 29. I live in South Florida in case region was a concern.</p>

<p>melancholy, there are assumptions on how they choose their winners…which, i think, were discussed in the earlier pages. So yea do some work and look for them…there’s plenty of time from all the wait. But do u think we would be sooo anxiously waiting if it’s just by the fafsa?</p>
