<p>Yes, you do have to qualify each year, and they will make adjustments as needed.</p>
<p>The GMSP does waves of notification. Your D is still in the running at this point. If you read last years post, you will see that it took some people up to 2 weeks to receive notice. Application answers will continue to roll until April 11th. </p>

<p>well i called the gates phoneline today-they are sending it out based on your race and they will probley transfer you to a rep according to your race-and whether or not you are on their list determins if you got the scholorship-also the lady said the 6th was the last time they were notifying people-hope this helps.</p>
