<p>Hi, So I also called the # last night. I am Asian American with the last name starting with C. The reason I think we got it was because if you log in and then click 1 again, it says that "we have received 0/4 documents needed to process your award. And it goes to list the 4 including Financial aid letter.</p>
<p>That is why I think clicking one means you get it. But still scary</p>
<p>Don’t lose hope guys!. I heard that there are past scholars who weren’t in the database. =/ Let us cling on to the last string of hope… until we get our letters.</p>
<p>I got an id and im hispanic but when i called to retrieve my username i got transferred to an actual person and he said i was still a finalist and that notifications would be out before may 1st</p>

<p>Yeah, I’ve been browsing through last year’s thread, and a lot of the scholars couldn’t access their ID information, even AFTER they received the hard copy stating they were scholars in the mail.</p>
<p>THANK THE LORD THERE IS HOPE! I wish all of you finalists out there the best! May we all win together XD ( not realistic but definitely optimistic =D)</p>

<p>refering to the ID thing again… i also called to go ahead and get the stated username and password and the dude who answered was like ‘what? are u a current scholar?.. and i said no im a finalist but my info went through’ and then he said…‘no scholars have been notified yet’… and i was like okay bye.’ lol…i dont think gms people know that we can actually log on and check the status faster than they can mail out the notifications.</p>
