GCE-O levels graduate taking the Sat Test?

Is the O-level graduate applicable for the test in the first place? I’m already 21 and have been working for a few years, but i wish to continue education, and preferably getting a scholarship to somewhere. I’m thinking of taking about half a year to prepare myself? My English is ok, it’s the math that i’m having jitters about. I have almost forgotten everything they taught when i take the O-levels. Is there anyway i can skip the Math in exchange for another SAT Subject? I don’t intend on taking any Math-related course anyway.
Btw, I’m from Singapore. Any fellow Singaporeans to help me out?

No, you can’t skip the math. But if you took Singapore math, you may be pleasantly surprised to find SAT math easier than you expect. There are practice test books with real SAT exams from previous years. Have a look.
