Does anyone know when the 2028 admitted students day is?
Iām not sure if each college has their own datesābut they should be in the acceptance info in student portal. Here is what D24 has for Columbian College of Arts & Sciences:

My daughter was offered Paris Scholars too. Seriously considering
@Kswitz , can you please provide more details about the Paris program. My D24 was offered a UK program , looks like something new this year.
Do GWU provides any estimated COA for Paris students for all the 4 years now? They didnāt provide those details for my daughter. They were saying sheās not currently. a GWU student and they process her financial aid details only in the Fall. The Fall semester is bit affordable as we will be paying UKās college fee. I am more concerned about the next 3.5 years. Is this the same for the Paris program? Are there any requirements that the students have to meet for Paris program? For the UK program, itās only a semester of study abroad.
Does anyone know if GWU sticks to NPC price and provides need based scholarship? Have you heard any successful stories after returning back from study abroad? I am more curious about the social life, friends and dorm and other opportunities.
Is there anyone in this group and planning to attend the meeting on 4/2?
Has GW sent out anything for admitted students day? Is that whatās happening on April 2nd?

Their instagram? We dont see it in the portal or instagram. Ours just says to connect with admissions rep.

Itās specifically for UK study abroad program in the Fall Semester
Yes, UK program is entirely new and I would research it as much as possible. My student is a current sophomore and never heard of this program. Itās likely a result of the new President at GW. Likely will not get a COA until student is matriculated (not matriculated at these other institutions). GW is not the typical college experience; really need to be a go getter and no traditional sports, etc. This was exactly what my student desired.

Can we expect any need based aid from GWU if the family income is above $200k with one kid in the college? When we ran their npc, it created some hope.
@ccparent23 , I know but I really donāt know how to do the research. There are very few members in this group. I am more concerned about the financial aid.
Hi! I was searching FB (I think you are on there), reddit and GW pages to see what I can find. Your student would be considered a transfer student and it says that transfer students would be considered for financial aid (as long as CSS and FASFA completed). It looks like deadline for spring admit is October 1 so you likely will not know your offer for spring until after that date. Thank you for pointing out that point. I didnāt realize that. It maybe risky to commit to something without knowing the financial aid.

Thanks. Our portal doesnt look like that. My daughter is reaching out to the admissions rep. Maybe our CSSProfile didnt process properly.
I think you can expect some, but not much. My family is very similar (income is also above 200k with another kid in college) and we got aid. But I also got a 25k merit scholarship, so my need-based aid was only 7k.
@goingrdsb , Thank you for the response! She was not offered any scholarship currently. I donāt know if itās because of spring admit and they donāt consider her as GWU student. I am little concerned if we already to commit to their partner college in the Fall, will they really give aid later.
