Do you know if we do not get admitted to political communication will we be admitted into another school/major?
Was told again today that decisions will not be released before a June. Was also now told they will need my spring semester transcript in order to review my application. I have just finished my freshman year.
@NewDay20 did they email you and ask for it? I have not received that request
@izrose yes, email. This must mean at least that they are starting to review things.
My parents were also emailed today in regards to my FA so I think theyâre going over that now too.
Just got a portal update. Does everyone who got in want to make a facebook group or a snapchat groupchat??
I got in! Political Communication major
Accepted with a 3.6 gpa. Biology and German major
Got accepted 3.8 GPA. Business School. NO aid Yet.
Accepted with 3.5 GPA into Elliot School. no aid yet
I have been accepted into the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences for Politics and Government! I plan on attending another school, but I bet someone here is wondering what my stats are:
- 3.6 GPA (at the time of application)
- 1280 SAT (from 2017)
- Poli Sci and Sociology major at my local Community College
- Phi Thera Kappa honor society member
- President of my schoolâs Political Science Club
- Internship with the Maryland General Assembly as a Senatorâs aide this past spring.
Good luck to everyone still waiting!
Congrats to all who have been accepted! Nothing for me yet. I guess theyâre coming in waves.
Accepted to Elliott! 3.7 GPA & if my math is correct they gave me a full ride.
@transferx2020âŠWOW!!
@transferx2020 if you donât mind sharing, what is your EFC?
Anyone else out there NOT get a response today?
Hey was accepted today to Elliot will be enrolling as a sophomore!
If you want my stats here they are:
3.4 GPA
University of Cambridge Study abroad acceptance
Guatemala Service trip
Independent research on cultural exposure
Test Optional
Social Chair for Kappa Sigma Fraternity
My essay was on the disparities I noticed in Guatemala during the service trip. I had proposed as a solution that Guatemala should tax allowing basic necessities to be implemented.
Where did you see scholarships and financial aid??
Does anyone know when they will tell you about scholarships? Or do you know where you can see information about scholarships?
