Also, don’t lose hope if you are placed on the waitlist… Last year the College pulled a bunch off the waitlist.

I did indeed accept my place on the waitlist last night. Anyone know of past MSB waitlist outcomes? I’m guessing the business school has one of the higher transfer yield rates… which doesn’t bode well for me.

Just found out about this thread. Wasn’t expecting to see so many people accepted already but nevertheless congrats to everyone that got their acceptance and hope the rest of us hear good news! I’m also waiting to hear back from SFS. From what I’ve read so far on this thread, I guess we should expect an email now for those wait listed or mail starting June 1st for those that haven’t heard back.
So is today the day or what? Will they send an email? Or is this just Admissions deadline for sending packages/letters out?

How many does georgetown usually waitlist? I know from previous threads they usually take many off the waitlist for the college, but what about sfs? Is there any chance getting of the waitlist for sfs or no?

So it’s 2:40 here on the West Coast and I still have no answer from Georgetown (I applied to SFS). Since submitting my application I’ve barely received any information from them, and I’m getting kinda worried now that today’s the day.
I haven’t heard anything from them. I live close to DC so if they sent a rejection letter in mail I would have got it already. I guess I’ll just call tomorrow.
@jumblebee there’s always a chance so if you are still interested in going then accept your spot on the waitlist. If you get placed on the extended waitlist that’s obviously good news. But, I feel like the SFS definitely took less off of the waitlist last year.
I called in the morning and got my decision; you may call them and they’ll tell you your decision.
