Yikes - Live in Washington, IN. Rejected
I was deferred from EA, waiting for rejection tbh- my test scores will be considered low for them
can u guys say stats?
@Calebdwking, What was the envelope color and postage amount for a rejection. Need to prepare myself. Thanks.
any MA people here?
@hungrihippo yeah no problem! 3.7 gpa, 29 act (30 superscored) Did bunch of political ECs, international student studying in US
When you get your letter, can you guys mention where you live? Also a comprehensive description of the envelope would be nice
How do they decide in what order people get off the waitlist? Is it random or do they actually create an order based on student?
I would think there is some kind of order to it. They probably have them sorted in batches. But that’s a guess.
Yeah in some parts of NC it is only 2 days for them to deliver and in NY it’s 3
is MA in the 2 day zone? my computer won’t display the map cuz i have a really crappy chromebook
The anxiety is killing me. If I don’t get in, I will feel so demoralized and helpless. I would also have to confront Ivy rejection Thursday on top of that. I pray, because hope is something we give ourselves in the darkest of times.
@ezbreezy8022 3 day zone for Massachusetts
Rejected, in TN but live on a mountain on the GA side. 32 act, 34 composite
maybe im geographically stupid but I thought NY and MA were closer to Gtown than Tennessee/Georgia?
Seems like people are getting their notifications a day early… TN and IN were three days according to the map.
@hungrihippo yeah I think you’re right. I may be getting mine today but I just haven’t gotten my mail yet. Those states are all in the 3 day zone.
They make have used priority mail instead of first class.
For early action I received my acceptance letter in NJ 2 days after it was mailed out, NJ should be receiving today, The Dean said at Gaap weekend this past Friday in the morning that they were already mailed Friday morning, so NJ will receive today
So an acceptance letter has the same dimensions as a rejection envelope?
