@mcgiller101
All I know about you is from your inaccurate remarks about McGill and Montreal.

@ tomofboston

You mean my opinions? I guess I’m just a little confused as to how an opinion could be inaccurate.

Some advice: remove stick from sphincter.

ok guys no need to get into a brawl :(

The Hoya attitude is for forgiveness and appreciation and since we are all on the GU thread we should should honor it :D

Well said Castiel!

Is this page 100?

Yes! Page 100!

@TomofBoston: That comment was a low blow and completely unnecessary. Most of us are on this thread in the first place because they did not get into Georgetown last year (myself included), so there’s no shame in rejections.

Just out of curiosity, I know we have some McGillers on the thread, anyone else applying from Villanova? Haha Flowerhead my friend said I have a leg-up because Georgetown’s still trying to make up for 1985, but in all seriousness do school rivalries matter to the admissions officers?

No, they do not.

Besides, Georgetown basketball has no rivals, since they are the best. I guess other schools like to think they’re rivals.

haha, yeah.

loved it when the hoyas crushed duke with the prez watching :)

hey guys. First off I can’t believe this thread is 100 pages long and still strong. Second to go back to the common pattern that flowerhead was talking about amongst the accepted students. I think the pattern is either they have been in college for more than two terms or they are incredibly talented applicants that would have been accepted due to their high SAT, HSGPA, and college GPA. I want to know what other people think about it since trying to crack this pattern makes waiting a little less painful.

@flowerhead

I’ll try to convince myself that you’re right, but as a lifelong UConn basketball fanatic, I’m extremely conflicted right now. I’ve always had a soft spot for the Hoyas back to the Iverson days, but the first time I have to watch a UConn/Georgetown game will be a struggle.

Edit: Hey, I’m comment #1492!

Hey guys! Someone in the Geargetown forum started a fb group:
