@yash07gautam your test scores are fine. Your gpa is just below 94% of enrolled first year students. The best thing would have been to show an improvement in your GPA, but it sounds like that is not happening. For the DSF, report about any major accomplishments that may have happened since your applications was submitted (awards, new leadership position, lead in the school theater production, research update, etc.). Then take a good look at the school moto and mission and tell GT how you would be able to help them fulfil those.
