What were your sons stats that got him semifinalst? If you don’t mind sharing 
Part of the dividing line at our school in the Atlanta metro seems to be most the recipients of the UGA Certificate of Merit (top 5% of each school’s Junior class) get into Tech and everyone else is on the bubble or worse.

STAMPS is holistic, not simply stats based. Students also need great ECs like Vulcan’s S had.

I was going to post the same. 
My D21 was also a STAMPS semifinalist and had strong but not perfect stats (4.0, 1510 - 730/780M). She did have very strong leadership and ECs, particularly in areas of service. GT and STAMPS both value service and want to attract students who will make a difference in and out of the classroom.

My recollection of DS’s impression of that interview is that they seemed more interested in his role as a school club president than in his world-class academic extracurricular accomplishments.
So while those ECs no doubt played a role in his being initially selected, in the end, I suspect that it’s the movers and shakers that they are interested in for that program more than the nose-to-the-grindstone, academic types.

have you been requested for a two factor account verification under oscar ? i dont have a pay now or canvas visible on my portal.
I just checked my daughter’s account, and she has the ‘Pay Now’ button on Financial Aid, but also has access to Browse Course Catalog, Browse Classes, but not for the Fall 2024 term. Guessing this is what everyone is seeing on Student Self-Service? Odd that they make all this available to every applicant regardless of their admission decision.
My daughter has the same thing. Sounds like we all have that.

I was curious though, on the student self service page “GT | GT Login” when you click on the “View Housing Missing Persons Contact” does it give an error of “This page is not enabled for current user role(s)” or maybe something different?
