I am an international student and didn’t apply for aid so maybe that’s the reason

On the registration tab do you have 12 options and can you get the links to work (for course catalog, registration override, etc) ?
And - can you get to transfercredit.gatech.edu and log in?
I can’t get most of them to work
I could get into here and submit an evaluation if I wanted to.

Have any OOS students received a notification that they are Stamps Semifinalists or are those released together with or after admission decisions?

Four years ago it was released a few hours after admission decisions.
4 years ago there was a single early admissions plan. Since the EA 1-2 split, they’ve announced Stamps semifinalists in the 3rd week of Jan (which for OOS applicants, is an early notification of acceptance because admission decisions for EA2 are announced a week later).

Applying for financial aid has nothing to do with Stamps.

This afternoon my OOS twins both received an email from U.S. Department of Education that “named them as candidates in the 2024 United States Presidential Scholars”. None of them received any email from Georgia Tech regarding Stamps yet (not saying that they likely will)
