What do you see if you click BuzzCard in Oscar (Identity Management section)? It takes my DS to a page that says “Welcome New Yellow Jackets” and has a button to upload a photo. He never tried this before so no idea if it would have had the same result before.

Our folio still doesn’t work - keeps acting like it’s loading and then doesn’t. I’ll report back if it meant anything

I don’t think it means anything. There were kids who got in with and without access to folio.
