rejected w folia access it dont mean anything
DS rejected for CS. We had folio access so don’t think it means anything if you had access or not
deferred
rejected…
Daughter accepted to CS OOS(never had access to Folio, always had Houston message)
Got into UIUC CS OOS today as well
anyone have clarity on what deferral means in terms of eventual acceptance rate?
DS25 Accepted. OOS. Biomedical Engineering. Shocked… Also accepted UMD OOS same field.
Rejected with folio access today.
My son was accepted for Aerospace Engineering! So thrilled for him!
Edited to add, he never had the required reading.
Filo access is a bad thing.
Son OOS GT Legacy, was offered conditional pathway. Not a full reject, so something to consider next year if he meets the criteria.
Congrats if you got in and best of luck to everybody in this process
Does anyone know if the Required Reading thing was an indicator or not?
20 percent of deferred students are accepted, historically. Read the deferred FAQ in the portal. It will have most up to date info.
My son was admitted to Materials Science Engineering ! He is an international student. We are so happy for him…this is amazing!
Congratulations! Can you share the stats?
Mine too! Not int’l at the moment but mostly int’l qualifications.
OOS business rejected. But DD is not upset. Not top of her list.
Take GATECH. UmD is Bioengineering, not Biomedical. UMD will not study anything related to medical equipment.
Deferred. Feeling kind of depressed for RD now, but I guess you never know.
