Getting into a good college and tips for high school

The following are my current stats as a freshman in high school

GPA (unweighted):3.75
Classes: Honors Chem, Honors Literature, Honors Spanish, AP US Gov, Honors Language, AP CompGov
Extracurriculars: President of NJHS, Recognized Debater, Recognized Quiz Bowl Player, Nationally recognized field hockey player, Programmer/Hacker at many hackathons
Entrepreneurial and Leadership: Founder of a non-profit, Founder and president of a web design company, Founder of a teen powered online newspaper
Standardized Test Scores :N/A (haven’t taken any but if APs count, I got a 5 on AP World History)
Race: Indian

My college list consists of the following: UC Berkeley, UCLA, Stanford, Duke, UPenn (preferably Jerome Fisher), Dartmouth, Columbia, UChicago, Princeton, MIT, and as a safety, ASU Barrett.

What do I need to work on? What should I continue or add to any of my ECs? As a freshman, what should I focus on throughout high school? Tips are very appreciated.

If you are currently a freshman I’d like to call shenanigans because your ECs don’t match up with your “social status” as a freshman. I’m assuming that this is your second quarter/first trimester/semester in High School, No freshman has an AP credit going in to high school, I am also sure that freshmen are also required to have 1 math class (4+ years required for each college you listed). I am also questioning how you have 2 APs as a freshman and maintain your ECs and non profit businesses.

Aside from the red flags admission officers would point out, you should worry about your GPA. As you progress throughout high school it will be harder to bring it up. Seems like you are on the right track though.

“No freshman has an AP credit going in to high school,” No freshman that you know. I’m not skeptical of that at all.

However you claim to have founded a company, a non-profit, and an online newspaper by age, what, 14-15? So, in between school, homework, debate, quiz bowl, and national field hockey competitions, you run a company, you run a non-profit and you run a newspaper? That I find rather hard to believe.

Ah I’m sorry I forgot to include I’m in AP calculus AB. But the school I go to, Basis Scottsdale(#2 high school in the nation) is intensively rigorous from 5th grade to 12th. And yes, I do run a web design company, an online newspaper, and a non-profit, aimed at the revitalization of rural orphanages in South America.
