Why Carleton? I am in love with the coursebook-- I can see why they send those things out. If I am interested in an aspect of history, I can pretty much just take a course on it. Not so at every school.
Why not Carleton? Not used to the weather, slightly more distant from the big city than I might prefer (growing up 400-500 miles away from big cities, I like them when I can get them), and relative dearth of nearby colleges (in case I want to take a course in some eldritch and obscure language; I only counted seven languages taught at Carleton-- French, Spanish, German, Latin, Greek, Japanese, Chinese-- but they’re in five different places so I may have missed something.)

If you were a food, what would you be? Some complicated sushi with an outlandish name like “Mega Rainbow Dragon Roll”– many disparate elements mixed together, some complementing each other, some perhaps surprising; ultimately refreshing for some, distasteful for others. OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
