Girls: How do you tuck your jeans in your boots?

Weird question, but I can’t find a good way to tuck my jeans into my boots. I usually just wear a long song and fold my jeans and then put the sock over and the put them in my jeans… but that’s kind of uncomfortable. lol

So… I’m just curious how others do it? XD

Are your boots really tight? I wear basically skinny jeans all the time so I kind of just shove them in…? These are my over-the-knee boots too!

^Yea, skinny jeans or jeggings are usually the best, in my opinion.

Yeah, I kinda just push them in after I put the boots on, and I’ll adjust them periodically throughout the day.

If it’s my super long pants though (I’m short…) then I’ll just pull the bottom of the jeans down under my feet and they’ll stay like that.

I wear skinny jeans at all times too, so if you’re wearing anything else… then I have no idea lol.

I put on my socks, then my jeans, and then my boots.

Eh. I can’t shove them in. They’re really super uncomfortable that way. XD

But I guess skinny jeans work better. I usually wear boot cut or bell bottoms. =/

Boot cuts are made to go over boots. So buy a skinny Jean for the boots you want to wear over pants. I can’t fit my bootcuts in my boots.

I sometimes wear Uggs, so I’ll wear mid-calf socks and tuck my jeans into my socks. Works.

I use leggings if I were to ever wear my Ugg-like boots, which is very rarely. Usually my peers use skinny jeans.

It’s a b**ch to try to put boot cut jeans into boots. Yech

I wear roomy cowboy boots, so I don’t even have to shove. I’ve even managed to wear 'em with sweatpants & 2 pairs of socks… Snazzy, I know ;)

^haha. I’d love to see that. XD

I just kind of shove them in. There’s no method to it for me.
And I’m a guy, but whatever; it applies for me as well.

oh, the things girls do for fashion

^^ What kind of boots do you wear?

I usually get boots that have a zipper thing on the side made so that you can stuff your hand in there and pull down the jean, which is actually pretty cool.

Duct tape, the solution to all problems

Bigger boots, or skinnier jeans?

Or if the socks are causing the issue, could you just wear like stocking socks? (Socks made out of stocking material to wear w/ flats…) This would only work if the boots are pretty comfy and won’t give you blisters, though.

Defintely do not wear boot cut or bell bottom jeans when trying to put on a pair of boots. That would just make your life that much harder. Invest in one or two pairs of skinny jeans that you wear just for boots if you don’t like wearing them at all (although skinny jeans are usually very flattering and look great with everything).

But if you insist on wearing bell bottoms with boots than grab a hair tie and tie it around the end of your jeans so it will hold inside the boots.

The only boots I ever really wear are riding boots (skin tight) and I really only wear them with breeches, so I don’t have a problem?

Haha I like how you think, Kalthar! I’ve got two rolls myself, one of them’s camouflage…
