During my senior year of high school I took several dual enrollment courses (~26 credits) and didn’t do well in them. So there it is at the top of my community college transcript, a years worth of B’s, C’s, and D’s with “Academic Warning” under the Fall Semester.
This first year removed from high school I have done very well in Chemistry I & II, Applied Calculus I & II, US History I & II, Beginner Spanish I & II (retaken and got A’s) and Advanced Composition (required for UVa Virginia community college transfers) and plan on taking Organic Chemistry I, Survey American Literature I and Statistics this fall.
The problem is UVa would require me to take Intermediate Spanish I-II while Lynchburg College would not. If I do very well in the fall and apply as a third year transfer is there even any chance of gaining admission due to poor grades first two semesters (dual enrollment)
Extracurriculars include EMS and I am a supervisor at a pet store I have worked at since freshman year of high school.
