I am sure that in the US there are more things to do after high school than to work, go to college or join the military. In addition to any combination of the above things (e.g. work 30 hours a week and go to college part-time), there are other options like traveling, starting a family or helping out at home. Once you come up with an exhaustive list of all the things one could possibly do after high school, I guarantee that that list will be true for any other country in the world as well.

I think it’s funny that you are using the phrase “War on Terror”. Have you ever thought about how many “wars” the US is fighting? There’s the “War on Terror”, the “War on Drugs” and a “War on Poverty”. It’s not surprising that a country fighting that many battles at once is doing very poorly in all of them…

“Is your country taking any action to fight the climate changes?” Wow… You do realize that the US is the most underdeveloped country in terms of climate-protection meassures world wide?

4.“US produced 36% of emissions in 1990,making it the world’s biggest polluter”,BBC news.
Also I believe it was the US that turned down the Kyoto Treaty(a treaty designed to reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases).
From the phrase “beginning to take the steps towards doing so with renewable energy research” do u mean:
a)thinking of
b)planning to
c)starting to
coz i seriously think it is option a.
5.Politics plays the same role in our lives as it does in your lives.
