<p>I would have hit that Perez tool harder, as Perez represents just about everything wrong with America. Celebrity gossip. The hypocrisy of gay people calling being ■■■■■■, but straight people getting in trouble if they do that. Acting like 50% of the population is actually gay and just in the closet. </p>
<p>I never really liked Will.I.am, but after looking at the facts, I gotta say he sounds pretty reasonable. If I got in someone’s face and called them a ■■■■■■ in front of their friends, in an attempt to gain notoriety and fame for myself at their expense, I’d expect them to stab me in the head.</p>
<p>EDIT: I mean go Polo Mollina, since from what I can tell, the fat ***** was lying about the fact that Will.I.am hit him, and actually will.i.am’s manager hit him.</p>
<p>The word that Perez used was just so hypocritical… but personally, I would side with Perez.</p>
<p>He writes about celebrities as a job, and I think he should be respected for it. Everybody can state their opinion and say they don’t like something… he just does it on a larger scale than everybody else.</p>
<p>People bash celebrities in smaller unknown blogs, and on websites everywhere, and they aren’t the ones getting attacked.</p>
<p>As a musician, I think it was uncalled for Will.I.Am (and his manager too, I guess) to use violence against Perez Hilton, because he should be respectful when people aren’t impressed by his music. It should make him want to work harder on his music, instead of making him want to use violence on those who had expressed dislike of his bands music.</p>
<p>Someone is overlooking what Perez Hilton did to Miss CA for stating her opinion. The irony. livesforsummer is the perfect example of a blindly biased follower.</p>
<p>I never mentioned my views on the whole Miss California situation… I was talking about the current situation at hand.</p>
<p>I think it was fine for Miss California to state her opinion, and she did the right thing by saying it. However, it clearly did ruin her chances of winning, and Perez Hilton spoke his opinion back. </p>
<p>Besides the fact that I think gay marriage should be allowed in all 50 states, nothing was wrong in that situation regarding people speaking their opinions. (Except for the fact that I was bored with it after 10 minutes, and it kept going on for weeks. Major overkill.)</p>
<p>Oh, and by the way, I don’t agree with everything Perez Hilton does. For example, I was just reading about how earlier today he posted that Michael Jackson was “faking” cardiac arrest, but then deleted the post and made a new one once learning that he actually did die. In this situation, I dislike how he jumped to conclusions.</p>
<p>Perez Hilton is annoying, but it’s idiotic to use that to support violence. I don’t see how the Miss California thing approaches a valid comparison… he just yelled at her.</p>
<p>All I’m saying is, he shouldn’t have been slandering will.i.am. I’d prefer Will.I.am punch him - or a fan or the manager, whatever - than Perez get richer off of calling people fags, and then playing the “I’m helping the gay community” card. </p>
<p>I may have my facts wrong, but he called her a ‘dumb *****’ and a c— afterwards. Whereas she states a perfectly acceptable opinion. I don’t agree with her, but since PH for some reason I’ll never, ever understand, a judge, he offed her because he personally was close minded to any opinion that differed from his own. </p>
<p>And thinking about MJ, and Britney, and all those people who arguably went crazy because people like Parasite PH leeched and vultured off of them… </p>

<p>Nick017, there is no existing trend of gays calling others fags. Perez Hilton is a moron and GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) denounced him for using a gay slur against another. His case of hypocrisy is an isolated incidence and does not reflect on the majority of the gay population (in fact, most of the gay people I know find him to be an embarrassment). And straight people calling gay people fags should get in trouble.</p>
<p>If Perez Hilton is gonna spend his life gossiping about (and in many cases disrespecting) people who have done more in one year than he probably will ever do, then he should expect to be punched in the face every once in a while.</p>
<p>Yeah, whatever, he can speak his opinion blah blah. But I don’t see what it is he does that deserves so much “respect.”</p>
