Good ChemEng schools with financial aid for international student?

I need some help finding good schools that offer ChemEng and have financial aid for international students. I have already applied to schools that i can afford and like which are virginia tech, nc state, rutgers, minnesota, and arizona state but i also want to apply to universities which may cost a little bit more but will give me financial aid, so i will end up paying the same. I have researched but i cant find any others apart from MIT, Harvard, etc which are impossible for me to get in. Any suggestions?

I have 1810 on my sat but just took it today again and will probably get around 1950-2050 and most probably over 700 in math. I take the IB (international baccalaurate) and my predicted scores are around 33 with HL chemistry, economics and history and standard level maths, english and spanish

Gpa is not calculated in my country but my grades are not very good, especially for 9 and 10th grade, for 11 and 12 they are better. My grades may not be the best, but then again, i take IB which is very respected around the world. My average for 11 and 12th grade is 5.7 out of 7, for 9 and 10 its around 4.7 out of 7

i also have decent activities and community service (soccer, tennis, UN model, over 100 hours community service)

Any suggestions?

thanks

any advice? please

Look at the [Association of Independent Technological Universities: AITU](http://theaitu.org) schools besides MIT. While they are all private, a number of them (including my university, [Illinois Institute of Technology](http://www.iit.edu)) often give financial aid of some kind to international students.
