Received another hang tight email…
its been three weeks since my interview and I haven’t heard anything! My recruiter said they would let me know by EOD Monday (yesterday) but I haven’t heard anything. I’m wondering if I should email again? Not feeling confident since I haven’t heard back but oh well!
No hang tight emails for me except for the update they sent out before the end of the year in 2018…
Also, I’ve been checking around LinkedIn and stuff and it’s actually surprising how many people have already received offers to BOLD (most of them being in APMM [product marketing] or sales), so much so that I’m starting to doubt my chances.
P.S: @msmc101 I would give it maybe another day or so, and then reach out to them again. It’s possible they’re just running a bit behind.

@BladeHunter I feel like a lot of people who have received offers were in the BOLD immersion program or another program, so their process is expedited?

People with referrals, you can ask your referrer to check the status of your application…

Yeah, your referrer should get nudges/notifications when you’re being considered for interviews (mind did ).

@rc2016 Actually I just checked, I have that as well at the top of my applications page as well. I feel like that’s always been there? Not sure.

I’m in need of a little encouragement. 
I’m an international student from Southeast Asia studying in California. I haven’t gotten any offers and have applied to over 50 companies. Some companies have gotten back to me saying they prefer US citizens. I wanna get into Google so bad but all I have been receiving are 3 hang in tight emails + supplemental form.
@student3488 Yeah, I guess that’s true when I take a closer look at it, most of them were either part of MLT or BOLD Immersion. Just surprised how many people have already received offers, especially since each BOLD class only has 100-200 students if I remember correctly.
@rc2016 Yup, that’s always been there. I remember seeing it right after I applied.
@cutiepatootie97 Well, I’m assuming you have work authorization in the US since you got the supplemental form. In which case, you’re in the same boat as all of us who haven’t gotten interview offers yet. I don’t think Google has any preference between US and non-US citizens as long as they don’t require sponsorship.
Has anyone heard back from finance? I dont see any posts on linkedin (so far for offers I’ve mostly only seen Sales, People Ops, gTech, and APMM). I’m also confused because on the bold website the finance team isnt even listed.
