<p>On their website, [Undergraduate</a> Student Costs](<a href=“http://financialaid.ucsc.edu/costs/undergraduate-costs.html]Undergraduate”>http://financialaid.ucsc.edu/costs/undergraduate-costs.html), it says $22,878 but when you add it to the housing cost and other fees it doesn’t add up to the total estimated budget which is $56,170. Is it $22,878 in addition to the $13,416 in-state tuition?</p>
