I want to become a petroleum engineer. I want to go the University of Texas where I can get my Bachelors in Petroleum Eng. What I want to know is would I be able to take online Petroleum Engineer classes for Odessa College while in high school and get my AA in it. And would the AA count for two years out of the Bachelor in PetEng. Thank you.

I suspect not, because you wouldn’t be considered a transfer student when you applied. You’ll just be a high school senior with dual-enrollment credits, and the college gets to decide which ones they want to let you transfer.
I would definitely suggest asking the University of Texas, though.
