<p>I liked Jolene too. Dolly is a great, and very prolific, songwriter. Has Grammy ever done a tribute to her? That would be a great group of songs.</p>
<p>I was glad to hear the “Forget You” version come out of the song because I couldn’t stop singing it after I heard the original version the first time. It’s very catchy and I’d prefer not to sing the “R” rated version, though I’m not above using that word on occasion. </p>
<p>I always liked Norah Jones and I like John Mayer’s music, but think he’s a jerk. Though I live in Music City I couldn’t name a Keith Urban song and don’t like country, except for the old school stuff like Johnny Cash, some George Jones, etc.</p>
<p>Keith Urban did a song about a sweater and a cat that I liked. That’s all I can come up with.</p>

<p>DH works in the “business” (post-production editor) down on Music Row and occasionally one of the musicians comes in to see the work being done on the videos. I tried to like country music when I first moved here 26+ years ago, but I just couldn’t do it.</p>
<p>Country music back then was all the Urban Cowboy stuff. It’s different now. Of course, I’ve loved it all, all my life.</p>
<p>I thought Barbra Streisand was pitchy, as Randy Jackson would say. Not her best performance!</p>

<p>I had to turn it Babs started off so poorly. I was afraid it wouldn’t get better, and I just couldn’t watch her go down in flames.</p>
