Grammy Foundation Names 2013 Grammy Camp Selectees

The Grammy Foundation chooses a select number of talented high school musicians each year to participate in a unique program which surrounds the annual Grammy Awards. This year 32 students were selected for the Grammy Camp-Jazz Session from across the nation.
The program provides them with opportunities to perform in front of music professionals, travel to Los Angeles, record at Capitol Studios and become eligible for $2 million in college scholarships.

Students will be under the direction of:
Justin DiCioccio of the Manhattan School of Music
Dr. Ron McCurdy of the USC Thornton School of Music
Dr. Leila Heil of the Univ.of Colorado at Boulder

The Grammy Foundation has been providing these opportunities for students since 1993.
