I thought th LA tribute was meh, but I was hurrying out of the shower and may have come in late and missed some kind of setup.
Meanwhile, love the Billie Eilish song, and I have an unhealthy obsession with Finneas.
Also, I love that Taylor gets up and dances for performers. It’s so important to give energy back to the stage. They feel it. And I appreciate that.

Yes there was a set up that I thought was very effective. The band playing (along with several music celebs including John Legend, Sheryl Crow…) The Dawes (I’m not sure how to spell their name) lost their homes/studios in the fires but have been helping others in their community
Sabrina Carepenter was adorable. I admit that I didn’t really get her hype, though obvs Espresso is catchy as hell, but thay performance was cute.

I’m glad Beyonce won, but I loved Lainey Wilson’s album.
I just love this crop of female artists. I hope Madonna is watching somewhere, smiling.
