What’s the deal with the Greek life at W&M? Is it a big deal not to pledge? I’m not really interested in going greek, so I’m just trying to get a feel for how big of a presence it is on campus. Thanks!

It’s in the high 20s for both male and female Greek systems. It’s not a big deal not to pledge at all; the Greek system isn’t really exclusive, in that for the most part, they couldn’t care less if you weren’t in their frat or sorority; they’ll let you party either way.

It’s a good mix.
