<p>How should I address him? I’m not exactly sure what or how I should greet him.</p>
<p>Start with calling him Dean Roberts, and let him correct you. He might say “just call me Mr. Roberts” or whatever. Or just ask the receptionist in the Admission Office how to address him.</p>
<p>His title on the UVa website is Associate Dean.</p>
<p>He introduces himself as “Greg”, but address him as “Dean Roberts”. I’m not sure if he’s got a doctorate, but Dean is an appropriate way to address him regardless. Dress nicely, follow up with a thank-you note (he’s really busy, after all), and you’ll be fine. He’s a really nice guy and you should be able to learn a great deal from him.</p>

<p>I met with Dean Roberts a few hours ago. The meeting lasted around 15 minutes and it went well. Roberts was very amiable and informative. </p>

<p>I’m applying for the spring 2006 semester. I had some questions pertaining to my transfer application, so I set up a meeting time to discuss my concerns with Dean Roberts.</p>
<p>I just made it back home (northern virginia) - almost falling asleep while driving back. I only slept 2 hours last night.</p>
