Happy Hanukkah, everyone!

A friend is coming over to light candles and exchange gifts. My electric Menorah is in the window.

I’m hurt that I haven’t heard back from my cousin who always hosts Hanukkah for her many children and 7 grandchildren. I’m sure she will. I enjoy the get together and making latkes. My gifts all bought and many sent out.

Happy Hanukkah to you, bookworm, and all our Jewish CC-ers!

Happy Hanukkah to my Jewish sisters and brothers!

Happy Hanukkah to all who celebrate.

Happy Hanukkah – may your candles shine brightly!

Happy Chanukah!

Happy Chanukah, all! As my H and I lit our menorah tonight, I realized how different it is from when the kids would be arguing over who got to light the candles each evening. It’s times like this that I miss those days.

Runners mom, that was solved by having multiple menorahs.

May I add just how good latkes are when fresh and hot.

Happy Hanukkah to everyone!

H was very late coming home from the office so we’ll hopefully do latkes tomorrow night.

S sent me pics of his latkes. They looked delicious. He served them with tomato basil hummus, wasabi mayo and sour cream. He even made homemade chicken soup. I’m quite jealous.

Happy Hanukkah!

Happy Hanukkah to my CC friends!

Happy Chanukah! So happy to have received the BEST present tonight! A true Chanukah miracle!!

@jym626 , do share!

^Something blue that happened in “the deep south” tonight? My guess. @CottonTales

Kids both taking and studying for finals on Chanukah ! Hopefully their “presents” ar As !

@gearmom is correct, @cottonales. Great day in the morning!

@Blevins A+ … I have a good feeling.

Oh, yes! A true miracle!

Although a lot of Ashkenazi-style food does not float my boat, I must say, I adore latkes!

There is an Ina Garten video about making what would appear to be the ultimate chopped liver…has anyone else seen it? I’m tempted to give it a whirl.
