<p>yea i heard (to continue the rumour spreading) he will be continuing with his acting either in the uk, on broadway (can he even sing?), etc. as the harry p movies aren’t done yet i dont think he’s headed to uni. however, it was a pretty strong rumour that he WANTS to come here. he would like it. we have 1st yrs, the mcgregor room looks like gryf commons, and the art building has harry potter esque stairs. yea, you know it.</p>

<p>I read in an article quite awhile ago that Daniel Radcliffe got accepted into both Princeton AND UVA. Princeton was boasting about how a worldwide star was going to attend their school, but it ended up that Radcliffe had never accepted their offer. Apparently, he’d prefer to attend UVA (Princeton’s prob too academically intimidating), but I have no idea if that means that he will definitely be attending.</p>
<p>Lol, it’d be interesting if he did end up at UVA. Do you think he’ll get special treatment from the teachers and his peers?</p>

<p>Why would Princeton be too academically intimidating? Seriously, if Brooke Shields and some of the athletes they bring in can handle it, I’m sure he could handle it. And it’s not like his major matters - - even if he couldn’t hack a physics major, I’m sure some humanities department would be more than happy to have him.</p>
<p>If he did attend UVA, I don’t think he’d get any preferential treatment from professors. Why would he?</p>

<p>Reread Joanne’s post, folks. This rumor is so widespread that someone from the alumni association called me to confirm it. The story seems to have been born out of someone’s poor comprehension of the US News article.</p>
<p>My two cents: forget Daniel Radcliffe, we need Patrick Patterson to come here next year. </p>

<p>missysnafu, I thought Michelle Wie got a scholarship to Stanford? Stanford’s way better than USC academically, and it has a better sports program I think. It would be cool though if Dan Radcliffe attended UVA. haha</p>
