@james1998iq I don’t really have traditional “Safeties” because I have already been accepted to some international schools that I would choose over a US safety. I applied to Michigan early hoping to hear some good news to supplement potentially so-so news from Harvard, but turns out they’re known for deferring nearly all applicants, especially OOS.

@archaeologygirl I feel weirder. As the date comes closer I get less stressed 
Not sure why but this morning I was in the greatest mood (it’s a monday so that is peculiar) and I slept like a rock last night. Not sure what that says about me but honestly it’s much better than the alternative of intense stress.
@pubkid I’m actually in the same exact position, I absolutely love Michigan and applied early but looking at last years results thread they deferred practically everybody so I’m terrified
@james1998iq Right? They also reject and waitlist a lot of overqualified applicants… multiple of my friends at top schools didn’t get in. Probably has to do with yield.
@pubkid in my hails interview (i’m considering engineering) i told them it was my top choice, which really isn’t all that far off from the truth (past harvard anyways). so I’m really hoping they look at that… Friend who got into Harvard was rejected last year. Scary stuff
Do you guys know when they are going to release decisions? I saw on another thread that they were going to be released on December 11th. Is this true? I have heard December 15th is the release date

I was looking through the Stanford group on Facebook out of curiosity and omg it was hilarious; for example, someone said something like “i wrote my application on the back of a trash can lid, will stanturd accept this??”
