no, i don’t think that’s possible if you, others, and i are all still on the waitlist. unfortunately what this means is that a couple slots in the class are still open and we have to just keep waiting.

just got an admissions status. it’s a no :confused: and they said that the first year class is completely full

I think I might have found what you’re referring to. It was on a TT post of tineocollegeprep where a guy called Edwin said “I got off the Harvard waitlist Thursday night!”. He posted that at 10 AM EST on May 22. So… Thursday night (May 16) was the first WL wave and not a second Harvard WL wave. Let me know if you’re talking about something else…

I think it’s unlikely.

As someone posted on Reddit last year, “Based on what I’ve seen on College Confidential + Reddit from the past few years, they usually send out results the Friday following May 15th for the first wave (which would be Friday, May 19th this year), and do a second wave around the second to last or last week in June.”

I haven’t done the work to verify that, but I did notice that for Class of 2026, there seemed to be 2 or 3 waves like so:

Class of 2026

Wave 1: Friday May 20, 2022
Wave 2: Tuesday June 7, 2022
Wave 3 (tiny!?): Wednesday June 22, 2022
