An iPhone 14. Are you on an android? Try looking on your computer as that is what matters.
I highly doubt anything is coming today. Usually the AOs do phone calls rather than just uploading stuff on. If you think you have a status change, and no call it may not end well.

I got a phone call from Harvard admissions at 3:30! I have been accepted! They said the portal will change at around 7 so expect decisions then!!!

I think your LOCI was updated in time. Did you by chance get a call by a 617 number or email by harvard?
