They will
Typically high priority applications first such as international award winners
Second is usually FGLI students
Others are whoever can round out the class

With the situation for international students I dont think it will be likely. As of now harvard told their international students to have a plan to enroll elsewhere.
They did. However this year it will be different. They are more inclined to enroll domestic applicants.

do you know if they will still take people off even they claimed in their rejection letter that sent out to others that their class is full?
Yes they will, they’ve done it every year

Yes. They mean for what you offer they are full. If they are full with students who are high income, not first gen, and suburban then their class is “full”. However if they don’t have enough FGLI students then they’re not full if that makes sense.
Im a FGLI student, i dont think they got to that yet.
