Waitlisted people actually got a rejection letter in their portal? Do we see proof of this? Mine still looks normal.
not all rejections come out today. some ppl are still “waitlisted” as of now. i was wondering if anyone has info on how many ppl are left in the wl pool and how many could potentially get accepted. and if so, when?

Yes, there is. I can’t send images but i’ve seen the portal for the people who got “rejected” off this wave, same message about how the waitlist is full as the past years

There will likely be an injunction and several lawsuits to block this order, which will likely be found in court to be well beyond the constitutional authority of the executive branch. Harvard is not going to respond to this executive action by admitting defeat and immediately going to the waitlist to replace international students.
Not in time for the fall. Students already on campus will probably be fine; those who aren’t (class of 2029) might not. There is a reason there was no movement today, they got frantic with the letter received from the DHS today. Either they send the info and the DHS deports those students, or they dont send it and harvard can’t admit intl students. Like I said in earlier comments:
“With the situation for international students I dont think it will be likely. As of now harvard told their international students to have a plan to enroll elsewhere.”
“They did. However this year it will be different. They are more inclined to enroll domestic applicants.”
